We are a hospitality-oriented farm brewery and small kitchen dedicated to showcasing the bounty of the Hudson Valley through our craft beer production and farm-to-table menu.

Pay: $20-$24/hr
Job Overview
We are searching for motivated, outgoing, and dedicated line cooks to join our team. You will be joining a start-up kitchen that will be growing alongside a thriving and growing brewery. You will be expected to be knowledgeable and familiar with the products we produce, our brand values and to uphold our company culture.
Kitchen experience is required.
This position will require evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
Job Responsibilities
Service Duties:
- Prep and cook menu items according to standard recipes and procedures
- Communicate in a professional, positive, and timely manner at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and prep space at all times
- Cleaning kitchen areas including prep kitchen, coolers, and line
- Operate and troubleshoot kitchen equipment as needed
- Open & Close the kitchen according to the checklist
- Provide excellent, warm, and welcoming customer service
- Maintain a fair and safe work environment free of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of professional kitchen experience
- Passionate about hospitality and cultivating an inclusive experience
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible days and hours
- Ability to be resourceful and problem-solving
- Ability to be solutions-oriented and think proactively to diffuse potential problems
