Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, passionate Sales Representative to join our team! The candidate’s mission will be to support the overall sales and branding efforts of Lasting Joy Brewery. The Sales Representative will do this by growing our existing partnerships and accounts throughout NYC and identifying and maintaining new partnerships and accounts that align with Lasting Joy’s brand and mission. The Sales Representative will develop a deep and intuitive understanding of Lasting Joy’s product line and its overall brand and will partner with ownership to identify regional opportunities for growth and placement at events, restaurants and bars, and bottle shops. This role will also work closely with our distributor to ensure orders are placed, products are received, and business is growing at accounts. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the brewery establishes its presence within the NYC beer market. The Sales Representative is expected to represent our company in a professional, positive, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable manner.
This position requires someone with experience growing a brand and managing accounts. They should be able to complete tasks both independently and as a team-player, show a willingness to learn, and have a flexible schedule. Some of the job duties will be able to be performed from home while others will require significant time spent at bars, restaurants, and events, being the face of the Lasting Joy brand.

Job Responsibilities
Event Operations
- Manage communications and relationships with potential sites and vendors
- Execute, set-up, breakdown at events
- Pour beer and educate consumers on the styles
- Transport and maintain table displays, mobile draft equipment and materials
- Maintain a professional image and demeanor at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
Brand & Product Knowledge
- Attend regular brand and beer trainings with COO to stay current with our offerings
- Educate our customers and consumers on our brand and the taproom
Sales
- Manage and cultivate existing accounts
- Establish new accounts with restaurants, resorts & hospitality spaces primarily focusing on New York City.
- Utilize Ohanafy software to manage inventory and invoicing
- Work with distributor to ensure timely deliveries and keg retrievals
Quality Control
- Assess the quality of beers at accounts and ensure the freshness of products wherever our beer is featured
