Brand Mission Statement
We are a hospitality-oriented farm brewery and small kitchen dedicated to showcasing the bounty of the Hudson Valley through our craft beer production and farm-to-table menu.
We believe that making and enjoying great beer is one of the hallmarks of a thriving, connected community. We believe in supporting local agriculture, protecting our water quality, practicing our craft to the best of our abilities- and getting better every day.
We believe that the best parts of life happen when people gather face-to-face at a table.
We believe in conscious scaling and not sacrificing quality for quantity. We practice this in the way we make beer and food and the ways we grow our company.
We know that brewing beer and setting a welcoming table is the work that brings us joy, and so we do it. We hope that while you are here, you will consider what brings you joy and how you can bring more of it into the world, and to our taproom.
