English Beet Stout
We incorporated NY-grown beets into this stout to give you a one-of-a-kind take on this classic style. Full-bodied with a malty backbone and hints of bittersweet chocolate.
Pie Chai Porter
A deep brown porter brewed with dark malts lending coffee and chocolate notes against several hundred pounds of pumpkin and all the spices of a pumpkin pie and aromatic chai: nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, clove, cardamom, black pepper, ginger, rose petals, and mint.
In honor of the local favorite festival, here is our holiday ale based on a Finnish Sahti. Brewed with rye malt and fermented with heaps of ginger and juniper, this farmhouse ale is ginger, spice and everything nice.

A classic Marzen (Oktoberfest) lager brewed with Munich, Vienna, and Pilsner malts all grown in New York State. Medium-bodied and malty, a classic brew best enjoyed by the fire.
