We incorporated New York grown beets into this English style stout to give you a one-of-a-kind take on this classic style. Full-bodied with a malty backbone and hints of bittersweet chocolate.

Leaf Peepers Oktoberfest

5.7% ABV

A classic Marzen lager brewed with Munich, Vienna, and Pilsner malts, all grown in New York State. Medium-bodied and malty, a classic brew best enjoyed by the fire while watching the leaves change.

Pumpkin Ale

5.5% ABV

A classic English-style amber ale brewed with over 100 pounds of pumpkin and classic pumpkin pie spices of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and clove. The perfect pairing for a fall day!

Twin Lakes Double IPA

7.8% ABV

An ode to secret swimming holes, late summer bonfires, the first crisp morning of the season, and afternoons spent in Adirondack chairs. This double IPA has a bitter hoppy aroma, a smooth mouthfeel, and a strong, malty backbone. Sip slowly and ease into autumn with us.

Mild

3.4% ABV

One of the most classic beer styles, a Mild Ale is malt-forward with notes of toast, malt, a hint of caramel, and high nuttiness. A true all-day brew made for long sessions of easy drinking in your favorite countryside pub.

Barrel Aged Pie Chai Porter

8% ABV

A deep brown porter brewed with dark malts lending coffee and chocolate notes against several hundred pounds of pumpkin and all the spices of a pumpkin pie and aromatic nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, clove, cardamom, black pepper, ginger, rose petals, and mint.

Mighty Donuts Pastry Stout

15.7% ABV

A pastry stout brewed in collaboration with Mighty Donuts. We added a couple hundred cake donuts, yes, actual donuts, into the mash! Roasted malts meld with vanilla, caramel, and chocolate aromas, offering a balanced symphony of coffee and maple-glazed sweetness. A harmonious fusion that celebrates the art of brewing and baking.

Pick Your Own Blueberry Wheat Ale

5.1% ABV

An ode to the Hudson Valley’s favorite summer activity Pick Your Own. Reward your efforts with this medium-bodied ale brewed with wheat and oats, fermented on blueberries, and aged on vanilla and cinnamon. Blueberry crumble in a glass! A portion of the proceeds from this beer will be shared with Migliorelli Farm for their barn fire recovery fund.

Clouds Over Clermont

7.9% ABV

Our take on the fan-favorite hazy IPA balances hoppy bitterness with a malty sweetness. We use New York grown Saaz, Cashmere, and Mackinac hops to bring you a flavor and aroma that we find is the perfect balance of citrus and pine.
