Heartbeet of the Hudson

We incorporated New York grown beets into this English style stout to give you a one-of-a-kind take on this classic style. Full-bodied with a malty backbone and hints of bittersweet chocolate.
County Route 4 Kolsch
5.1% ABV
A classic Kölsch-style ale, with the addition of locally grown rye. The spice of the rye sets against the dry barley and subtle fruitiness of the hops. A true ‘lawnmower beer’ to be enjoyed as we emerge from winter into warm, sunny days.
Pick Your Own Berry Brut IPA
6.4% ABV
Our Pick Your Own Brut IPA series is an ode to the Hudson Valley’s favorite summer activity, fruit picking at local farms. Reward your efforts with this Brut IPA, fermented dry and crisp with an abundance of strawberries and blackberries.
Smoke Follows Beauty

The beer offers a unique twist on the traditional Helles style, with a subtle smokiness that harmonizes with the freshness of New York grown barley and hops. The result is a well-balanced, medium bodied lager with a gentle smoky aroma and a crisp, clean finish.
The Dutchess
6.5% ABV
The Dutchess is a sour-style beer originating in Belgium. Our version was brewed in May 2023 and has been aging on oak ever since. Known as the “Burgundy of Belgium,” this wine-like ale offers flavors of plum and black cherry, with a mild vanilla character, with an approachable sour taste!
Beekeeper’s Bliss
4.5% ABV
Refreshing & fruity with a dry hint of honey. Lasting Joy was born from this beer, created to celebrate a family wedding. Our nod to the Nordic “honeymoon” mead that inspired it combines New York grown-grains with the perfect marriage of orange and honey in a blissfully balanced brew. Pairs well with love and marriage but also gets along with brunch foods like omelettes, salads with feta or goat cheese, and spring vegetable pastas.
Two Rivers Pilsner
4.76% ABV
New York’s homegrown ingredients shine in this traditional Czech Pilsner. Crisp, classic, and refreshing, this beer is light in color, pouring clean and clear.
ILOVIT Lager
5.1% ABV
Did you know that Tivoli spelled backwards is ILOVIT? It’s something known around the small village, and gives locals an extra sense of pride when we see it and say it! Brewed in celebration of Tivoli’s Sesquicentennial weekend, and paired up with local artist Rowan Willigan to create a special label celebrating the beauty of Tivoli. Enjoy this amber colored beer, with a strong malty backbone, but finishing light and crispy.
Clouds Over Clermont
7.9% ABV
Our take on the fan-favorite hazy IPA balances hoppy bitterness with a malty sweetness. We use New York grown Saaz, Cashmere, and Mackinac hops to bring you a flavor and aroma that we find is the perfect balance of citrus and pine.
